They cannot even send a decent link to renew pw but instead loops you to the sign-up and login app page... Hayst! AI chat also so likited and there is no real support here. Even on face-to-face they just send you elsewhere. Applied for the Maya last May and new year is coming nothing happened... they pushed me to slowly dislike anything landers... I bought our new Refrigerator unit elsewhere.

I’ve been shopping at landers online and have it delivered at our at footsteps of our home since pandemic. It is very convenient at hassle free. Even the return and refund of their items are so easy, plus lots of discounts and freebies too. I love Landers !
I had to uninstall it. The is stuck on the logo page and I cannot log in.
We always shop here especially meats and very convenient when we’re too lazy to go out .
I often find myself switching to my laptop because the app wont let me place an order using my card or COD. It just continues loading then going back to the cart afterwards. No error messages. The order just wont go through.
Once you close the app, all the items in the cart is gone. I am not able to checkout the items also.
Tried the web browser, downloaded the app. Lahat ng payment channels kahit di ko pa naiiniput yung card details ko unexpected errror agad?
After you order the shoppers say a lot of things are not available. Then sometimes if you ask simple replacements they say it’s available. So it’s unclear whether the app is in sync with the store. There’s no feedback mechanism at all. If there is it’s difficult to find. As if the store doesn’t care what the customer thinks or needs.
