How many days to deliver?

What i dont like is they always do not include SALE when they deliver! The fact you are able to pay the item they should deliver but NO. They instead refund which is unfair. Its paid and then not delivered! The fact they are available online and was able to add to cart, and pay should be delivered but NO. They dont care about whether its paid and was available online when purchased! Poor management of inventory and no sense of calling onforming buyer prior deivery, basta na lang i refund!!! Unlike other online app like puregold they will call an dinform you and ask for your decision. Also the Delivery fee after pandemic to Bulacan is too high from 60 for 6000 worth to 650. This made us think twice about buying and never did since the sale thwy have nowadays are not good items most are items about to expire in a month.

Slow and lagging all the time

I have no problems encountered during my first transaction, it’s my internet connection service provider is a bit sluggish

I would want to rely on the app? But as I have purchase 3 separate times? It’s all been inconsistent. And mistakes were made. Having to contact the company and any agent is close to impossible. I just tried to literally wait 2 separate times just for the sake of? I was on the phone waiting for an agent for more than and hour, each! Good thing I was in the middle of doing something else. Please fix your customer service reps? They don’t want to answer.

Touching the features are not responding. Please correct this app version you needed us to update right away. The older version is even better.

I tried to check out 2 days ago. I made several attempts every time I checked out the app would freeze. I was just curious if I can check out and tested it now and lo and behold it finally went through! I would’ve starved if I had to rely on your store solely for food. Please fix your app. Thank you!

Give more options with payment method, Stop forcing customers to pay first, deliver it first before paying
