Easy to use.
Best app!
Keep up the good work, simple and exactly what you need. I like that you are throwing unnecessary features and not making it complex and unusable. I like the clean and simple design that does a lot with beautiful look and feel with pics at right locations. Just on the report, I would love to see past few months listed in addition to previous month you already have without having to go to custom report which is tedious :). Thanks!!

I’ve used this app for several years to manage 3-4 SFH rentals. I can still report this app is awesome and does everything I need and the support from the developer has been excellent. I still can highly recommend!
Awesome app!
Those of you looking for a way to track your properties/tenants etc. look no further, this is the app for you. I find it immensely helpful keeping track of everything related to my Properties in a very neat and organized way. Customer service is also top notch!! I’ve looked and experimented with different apps over the years and this is by far the best suited for my needs. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
