I love this game and I spend a lot already but the log in issue is very frustrating! My internet works fine but it keeps on saying server time out! Its annoying! Been an hour keep trying to log in!!!

Stupid games with fake ads
This game is exactly like all the rest of these “war” games. 100 percent fakes ads. Nothing like what they show. Alliances that spend the most money will win. Dumb game with dumb settings!
Pay to win
It’s nice and kind of addicting but it’s a purely pay to win game. There’s too much in shop that if you drop a big amount, you’ll definitely grow fast. Plus it’s events just enables bullies
My Progress!?!
it crashed only a black screen remains and it kicks me out after like 30 seconds?!?I am in chapter 8 and i cant even play anymore. Pls fix it this game is good i like playing it i would give it a 4 if it doesnt crash anymore idk what happened!?! Now i give my promise i will give you not a 4 but a five thank you for fixing this problem love this game
It says “Maintenance Announcement” Before I enter the game.
This game is very nice and very addictive. But lately, everytime I try to enter, this thing keeps popping up by saying “Maintenance Announcement” and I try to enter it and it keeps exiting. I try to download it again but it’s the same. It’s acting weird lately. Please try to double check it.
Spamming
I understand that you’ll receive an invitation to join an alliance however if you refuse it, they shouldn’t be able to send one again. There this one player who spams like debt collector. Everyday. 17 to 20 msgs of invitation every hour. So now I will uninstall and never play this game again.
Removing IOS users
Ever since the update i cant log in the game anymore but it was fun while it last
Devs dont hear player’s feedback / suggestions
It’s becoming another pay to win game not like when it started. Crystal clash is too expensive since the hospital fills up quickly and it doesnt have instant heal. If you attacked a garrisoned whale, you wont be able to move for the next 20-30 mins since your hospital is full and it will eat 150k diamonds. Also, every move needs diamonds, march speed, teleportation, clan teleportation. Game is a bit nice but it needs a lot of improvement, you write to the devs or cs, its even hard to reach out to them, bot mentioning discord where administrators just ignore you.
Server Connection Failed
Please fix your game! This is so frustrating. I spent lots of time for this game and now I can't even login due to server connection! can't your ITs solve this? the game always crashed! sent too many complaints on customer service but you can't even address one complain
