Cloud video stopped working
Just in the past week my VAS cloud videos stopped working. It was working fine for over two years and just stopped. I reinstalled the app (latest version), restarted the phone, and just keep getting “failed to retrieve steaming video”. I paid for a subscription and no one responds to support messages or feedback. I’ll update this review if someone helps me get it working again. Until this problem with their app cloud service is fixed, I would suggest staying away from the Larkkey IP cameras.
