Here, have 1 star :) i wish i could give you less if i could. What a scummy tactic to keep my data from being deleted. I’ll be attempting to report this game to apple. Edit no.1: in response to the developer, I already did that once and i waited the entire 30 days for it to be deleted and at the end all i got was “ The verification code failed to pass the review. Please keep waiting for the review” message. Please don’t copy a FAQ answer and send it to me. Actually do something and delete the account. ID is 7BTPSA25

When I click on start a new game, the game does not work, and I deleted it and downloaded it again, and it did not work

I was trying to build the quarters but it it kept telling me build a ladder first Try to build ladder kept telling me make a space first Entered a silly loop I tried some times then I deleted it right away It was more than 1 gigabytes to download 🫥😤

It’s a ridiculous process to delete your account. I initiated the process more than two months ago, and they still haven’t deleted my account and data. They actually cancelled my request for no reason, and made me start the entire process over. I opened multiple tickets, and they haven’t done anything except closing the tickets without any resolution; sometimes auto-reply then close, sometimes closed after a couple of replies. I don’t know what this dev is trying to do with my data, but I’d not trust them at this point.

I have played for 320 days straight. My alliance is the strongest on our server. For the first five seasons we played with similar skill players. Now the devs have blended other servers into ours. We are playing against people that are 4 seasons (months) ahead of us. We stand no chance against them. One month difference is huge. Four months is insurmountable. When you send a support ticket you should know that the people reading it do not speak English. They will reply with a canned message that has nothing to do with your issue. Every solution they offer is to spend more money. This game is a scam.

Charged me twice for premium. Wouldn’t give me access to customer support, Suspended my account for requesting a refund of one of the double charges. Now I get nothing but AI responses and won’t let me log into the game. Now I’m out on the service I purchased. Good luck contacting customer support because it’s just robots. Highly disappointed

THIS GAME WOULD BE AWESOME EXCEPT it really isn’t because it actually requires not hundreds but , for real, thousands of dollars to play. If you do not have at least 10 thousand dollars to drop on this game then don’t play this game. You can’t get anywhere in it past season 2. There are 10 seasons. By season 5 you will have invested at least 4 thousand dollars. Just to keep up in the game. For example, I’m in season 6 and want a character named Chu. I have spent 6 hundred dollars so far to try to get her. You have to use “chance tickets” to get her. The game developers allow you to buy a 50 dollar costume for her ahead of time. I wrote the developers saying I think I might be having a problem with getting her because a single character shouldn’t cost over 5 hundred dollars. They wrote me back saying sorry it’s my “fault” and please enjoy the game. So the bad balancing system of percentages of chance draw of the characters with the ticket system in the game “they” designed is “my fault” by their definition. If you want to be told that their bad game design abilities are YOUR FAULT then download it. That’s a HongKong studio for you. They even hide behind European sales studio fronts. Look it up, I did. Is this a game you wish to play. If so enjoy. In addition, they segregated all players with what they call “language chat”. Prejudiced. Enjoy.

Lots of things to keep busy

I absolutely love this game I do wish the the instructions were a little more clear I sometimes don’t know what to do in certain situations or even what the games want me to do sometime but overall I love this game

I have been playing this game for about 2 years now. I personally would not recommend it unless you are willing to spend thousands of dollars. The game is a lot of fun, but if you are not going to pay for items you will not last long. I see the other reviews that talk about this and the developer responds with “get into the strongest alliance and you can get better rewards” while this is true, it’s not realistic. There are only 90 people allowed in an alliance and at the end of the day the strongest alliance wants the 90 strongest players they can get. People who don’t spend get left behind. They also haven’t added and new gear in the game for the last 18 months. Well they have added new gear, but it cost $150. There is no way to get it for free and it’s another example of how this game is pay to win. Again this game is fun, but don’t expect to be on top unless you want to spend $40,000-$50,000.
