Since I did the update on the 14th of August I have been unable to access the game for 12 hours now. Contacted support and have had no response. Very disappointed as I have put a lot of time and energy into the game and if I get zeroed because I can’t access it I may as well just quit. Just a quick update, it’s now been 24 hours and customer service still can’t be bothered to reply.
Great game spend about 100 dollars and be in for some good gaming only thing I don’t like is you can be attacked by people with a lot higher levels there should be a cap on this if your level 18 and 5 million you should not be allowed to be attacked by level 30 and 20 million I find that wrong and takes along time to grow and can be very costly great game to kill time and grow I enjoy it only spent 60 dollars o far maybe another 100 and I’ll be up there bit if you enjoy gaming and want to be on it all the time I think you should pay to use it just like candy crush
Great game and have played for 824 days consecutive. Keep track of credit card payments as over the last month I have had $110.90 come out of my bank account for purchases with a total price of $25.97. Tech support for this is a waste of time. When you request refund for packs not purchased they will lock you out

I made several reports about a player who was sexually harassing girls as young as twelve who even used an alt account on the world chat to send females extremely heinous and despicable messages and because he had a huge whale account you shadow banned me from using chat... right in the transition of s1!!!... its obvious your company supports pdf files and i will be going to your federal authorities and better business practices about this matter!!! I have spent close to over 500$ on this game and instead of offering investigation or support into this matter after me being acosted by concerned female players being sexually harassed by this person you shadow ban me from chat and messages. This is some thing i am actively willing to campaign towards big youtubers and also other publicity if this issue is not dealt with!!!
Whilst yes, in-game-purchases will help, they most definitely are NOT a requirement or necessary to play and enjoy the game. I’ve been playing for some months now. The in game rewards are pretty substantial and are more than enough to help progress through the game quite quickly without any purchases, which I have managed to do quite easily. I’m enjoying the game much more than I thought I would. There is more than enough to keep me entertained, so I don’t understand these people saying they can’t progress without purchases. Play the game and enjoy it.
Recent changes were pointless (apart from encouraging players to spend more) and completely failed to read the room. The cool-down on gear production is unfair and in NO WAY makes it “easier” for players to obtain the gear they want. Months leveling up production rates to 10 are wasted. Will be deleting after playing every day for 2 years and spending $$’s. Many friends will be too. BTW: Devs if you’re going to respond with “Sorry to bring you a bad gaming experience” and not bother to make any changes to repair what you have broken, then please don’t bother replying at all.
The game was great, a long term game where you meet people and grow together. There were occasional improvements to keep you engaged and to keep the spenders paying. There was always a divide between ftp and big spenders and the matching based on strength was not great, despite this it was still engaging. The latest gear factory change being passed off as better for new players doesn’t fool anyone and has impacted the game negatively for almost all players who have reached Dimensions.
The recent Gear Room changes are super disappointing. It is nearly at the point where the game is not worth playing anymore. Unless you are dumping a heap of money into the game it is not playable.
I’ve played this game for nearing 200 consecutive days now. I love the engagement and socialisation factor. The P2P factor is becoming overbearing. You will lose a lot of players in later seasons when it becomes strictly about who can spend the most. The new gear factory makes getting good gear for smaller players in later seasons near impossible with the constant risk of being pillaged. I have seen responses about active playing and “slow development”. I have put in over $200 into this game and am no where near as strong as I want to be, and I play to gain all the rewards possible. Please look into making this game more about free to play, and your player base will be much larger for these paid purchases. - KurokoJaeger #658
