Despite being referred back to lastminute.com by the airline, they couldn't provide a satisfactory explanation for their oversight. I installed this app as it provides Apple pay and for a while it was good. Issues you get is if have a flexible ticket and need to change or cancel. The app does not provide in-app messaging and they will ignore your request. When chatting with support they will pretend to have sent the email... So they are not entirely an honest organisation.
