I bought ticket from Poland to France 16mar 2020 that was canceled, and I waited 1,5 year to receive answer that they don’t want give back my money! It’s a scum company!! Close them on apple app

Отвратительная компания
Деньги за отменённые авиакомпанией перелёты не возвращают. На сайте обещают, что процедура возврата займёт до 2-х месяцев - уже прошло 4-е. И абсолютное ничего. Коммуникацию с собой ограничили. На письма не отвечают вообще. В личном кабинете для ускорения процесса отправляют решать вопрос возврата средств напрямую с авиакомпанией. Притом, не в ту, которую нужно: билеты продавала Air Canada, а решать вопрос отправляют в SWISS. Air Canada в свою очередь умывает руки и отправляет решать вопрос обратно в агентство lastminute.com.
