I think latch is one of the best apps I’ve ever seen! I’m big on safety and this has made me feel 1000 times safer

Needs to be easier than to open the app every time to open a door. Please support apple wallet support!!

Why would you remove such a useful feature?

Latest update now the widget won’t work. Fellas you are the only key to get in my apartment

Absolutely the worst piece of software I have ever used in my life. Just got locked out because I randomly got logged out of my account. No service in the garage. Fantastic piece of trash. No wonder the stock is fractions of a penny. Use a key, it’s more reliable.

Easy to use, but takes too long to load for elevators and doors. Sometimes when you go to activate the elevator, it zooms up to different floors and you are stuck on it for a while. They need to make this faster.

This app has been very frustrating to operate and use. There’s no reason why there should be a seven digit pin to get around every single door in my apartment. I would not recommend this system and would strongly encourage landlords to find another solution. A physical key or keycard would be greatly preferred

I had never before used an app that made my everyday life 10 times harder until I had to start using latch. As a mom, using a system that works only 50% of the time to open doors/call elevators etc is beyond annoying and extremely inconvenient. Waiting over 20mins to get through my own door has unfortunately become part of my daily routine thanks to this app. I constantly see my neighbors having the same issues, truly worst lock system I’ve encountered. Thankfully I will be moving soon and parting ways with this failure of an app!
