Later: Social Media Scheduler

I have separate log ins for my fb and IG accounts still and the app forced you to log in through fb. The IG account I want to manage is not connected to a personal fb account and I can’t use the app anymore…

The best part of this app is that you can schedule posts, and it actually works. There’s many improvements that need to be had: -The “best time to post” function works about 20% of the time. The app constantly has to refresh your connection with your socials. And refreshing it, often causes the best time to post function to be disabled. I’ve emailed customer support on at least 5 different occasions to have this fixed. While customer support was helpful and had it fixed, it’s stressful when you’re on a schedule for your content. -I don’t understand why I have to schedule my drafts? I’d love to just save my drafts and have time to plan when to post. -You can’t preview your drafts as a normal IG preview post. For some reason you can only preview posts that have already been posted? Why would I want to preview that, when I can see on my IG what it looks like? PLS fix this soon- I want to preview my drafts as a IG preview… which should be part of the objective of this app. When you preview your draft, it just takes you to the editing post stage, not a final preview, very unhelpful. -It’s like all the features of this app are here, but has little consistency, and no ones thinking through how people would actually want to USE these features.

Truly pointless. Can’t do anything that the desktop does without an error.

This is the second time I’ve given this app a try and I remember why I ditched it the first time. The onboarding process of connecting to your Facebook account is such an unnecessary headache. I’ve had to create and change passwords like 10 times now and it still doesn’t let me connect to my Facebook account. It’s irritating to have to keep going back and forth and around in circles. Sorry but idk, you may have to re-work that part of your app before I try again

This app makes you think it’s free but it’s not. As a content creator, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency as transparency in my brand is very important. I am here to lift the veil and warn you about the poo poo nature of this app. And I don’t care how much they threaten me. I won’t be censored….

If you are looking to use this to schedule person Facebook posts while on vacation, forget it. After jumping through multiple hoops I could not figure out how to tie it to Facebook

For my Instagram acct, I’ve been using Later and have found it to be easy to use.

I just started using the app and every time I try to do something it keeps saying my account is disconnected to Facebook. I have 3 Instagram accounts, and every one disconnects. I reconnect them, and click away, come back and disconnected again. Every time. Please fix this.

The app is really nice and clean only trouble is uploading gifs to Pinterest. I have used other apps like this and had no trouble uploading gifs to Pinterest. Bummer because this app is super nice, oh well.

So i’ve been using Later for over a year and it worked great! Really loved using it to schedule our posts, but for some reason when I open it now, despite deleting and redownloading, updating the app and turning my phone off and on, there’s an error loading my account and i can’t even get to the login page to try another account. Really hope this gets fixed soon because I don’t want to switch to another app.
