to much hastle and not worth my time to say everything bad about the app. customers get mad due to the customer services bad experience and lack of actual lawn care knowledge they make my company look bad

See fcc complaint for fraud or other review on lawn starter app it’s the same exact app same exact support etc update: response appears to be ai generated. This company has not paid for work performed despite advertising they pay in 3 days or less appears to be in violation of Texas law. I’ll update at settlement of suit. The app needs a lot of fixes. Support is very slow. Probably the slowest I’ve ever dealt with. Still trying to get an issue solved that’s been going on for 3 weeks. Half the customers I deal with from the app don’t care for it after their second or third service. For some, it may be ideal for your area. I’ve had more headache than it seems to be worth.

First time trying to pick up lawns one had already been mowed and the next only paid $39 for what I would charge $80. Lost about an hour of time plus fuel.

I’m on an iPhone 13 full updated . The new update for the app has a bug with my phone . I click complete when finishing a job . The complete button responds to my touch but does not launch anything . Pretty annoying .

They pay Pennie’s like 38 bucks for a half acre. They’re crooks.

I deleted my old account because, of being busy with life. Try making a new one and they wanted me to get a new phone number. This is ridiculous. Support wasn’t no help at all. Very sad

I have been waiting to get paid since last week they say they pay weekly and I been waiting for 2 weeks to get paid and I contacted support today hoping to get my payment

It’s a great app if you don’t care about making less money vs advertising yourself. Obviously the app people have to earn a profit, but 90% of the time it just isn’t worth it as a provider. For example, I can mow my neighbors yards for $60 each, vs driving 20 miles round trip to do an app customer for $32
