Have been using this app for a while and spent hundreds in subscriptions. Recently there seems to be a bug or glitch that the developers clearly don’t care about. Pics are moving, refusing to go back into original spot, as well as MANY many other annoying things Will be looking for a replacement app immediately
Paywalled everything
Used to have access to way more features for free which is a big selling point but now everything is behind a subscription paywall which is frustrating. Even super simple tools.
Pick a different app.
Sadly this app does not work at all anymore. It was a perfect app for years. 💯. Over the past few years the functionality has continued to go down & down drastically, fuctions get taken away, usability gone down; trying to convince you to buy the very expensive, overpriced, pay version. Often for functions nobody needs. Now the app does not work. At all. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling many times. It just crashes on opening. This app does not open. If this app rolled back to what it was 3, 4 years ago, it would be 5 stars. But an app that doesn’t even turn on, 0 stars.
Bad app updates that break user experience
I’m sure negative reviews do nothing, because this app has continued to charge me a monthly fee even when 1. General usage of the app was broken and they didn’t respond to my error reports for 3 weeks , or 2 seperate occasions 2. Insights will often come up with a long string of code rather than actually working 3. And the request for a iPad (landscape) mode hasn’t happened, even though there is a web based version in landscape mode. Much like other negative reviews, was great and crucial to ongoing posts. Now rubbish that is just out to charge you that monthly fee (my payment declined one day, and I got a payment reminder email every hour)
Disappointing experience
I’ve been using this app for a few years and enjoyed it for the most part as the free features were good enough for me to ignore all the random little bugs I would often encounter. Now I’m paying for a subscription and half the time the app is unusable: either the token is expired all of a sudden and is impossible to refresh for a while or the planned photos jump around the screen, overlaying on top of each other, making it really hard to shift things around, or I’m constantly being kicked to the top of the screen with errors popping up… Every time I want to give the app a chance it seems to be getting worse and it’s very frustrating. Not sure how much longer I’ll be paying if this continues, so hopefully you’ll be able to fix the issues and let people use the app without having to reload it every two minutes.

A great way to see how your feed will look before posting. I just wish that IGTV and Reels preview tiles popped up in the grid too!

Hi, I’m having some issues as the app currently won’t allow me to do anything, I’ve tried to email the support email however it is invalid, (in my country) was wondering if there is an alternative email you can provide
Nice for planning but issues with 2 accounts
I’ve been using this app for years but since recently adding a new account I can barely ever pull up my grid it says Expired token, redirects to FB and then nothing happens. When it try to log in it just freezes up and then it’s back to Expired token. Frustrating, would love to know to get the two accounts to function properly.
Great app but my subscription doesn’t match what I’ve been paying for
I have been using this app for months and have been enjoying it however i have paid for a Pro monthly plan however in the app I’m still in Elite Plan. I’m confused! It was also hard to find somewhere to email someone about my issues and I realised i might just try leave feedback here and hopefully i can get this fix.
