This company very fond of CYBR VIOLENCE
The LAZADA social media admin shade/bully the one of the artists of thailand publicly on twitter. But they didn't apologize publicly! They are very unprofessional. I'm curious to know how they trained the administrators of a big company at that level to dare to type something like this. Don't you really know what you should and shouldn't? You can't go along with the trend just because you want to please certain groups of people. There should be some etiquette. Please don’t engage such a company who shade n cyber bullying artist and never make a public apology for thier mistake.

The Worst Online Shopping Platform
Lazada has become the worst online shopping platform in the history of online shopping platforms. I made a purchase and the seller/merchant informed me the shipment will be delayed as it was in a preordering stage. Lazada decided to cancel my order after 8 days even though I had been charged. They are saying the cancellation was automated and I, the customer was not informed or inquired whether I want to wait further or want to cancel my order. How can they cancel an order without informing the customer first? Now they want me to wait 30-90 working days to get the refund. So I might only get the refund next year if it takes 90 working days. The app itself is not great or user friendly either.

What a garbage app. Why on earth did redmart decide to merge with the annoying over priced crappy app, I’ll never know. Why try to fix something that wasn’t broken. Way to go redmart for ruining a good thing. Lazada is full of over priced cheap stuff and placing an order is now twice as hard and time consuming as most basic items can not be ordered and have to select different delivery dates. Extremely disappointed!!!!!
