Unawain po sana.... baka mag charge ng SF sa seller depende po sana sa situwasyun
Sa nakaka taas po ng bossing ng Lazada sana po may option ang seller na mag reject ng return lalo na kung hindi nag babasa ang buyer ng Maayos regarding sa mga sizes.... paano nmm po kung tama ang dress na pinadala at sizes nito ??? Then sabi ni buyer hindi kasya kasi maliit ??? Ang linaw ng nasa caption fully indicated po lahat ng sizes.... walang kang option na i reject??? Paano nmn po kmi???
Tapus nag fully refund pa kayo less pa ung SF ??? Anu ba yan??? Ilang beses nakung nag chat sa live agent nyo... sabi Hindi ibabawas ang SF makita ko.... bawas din pala.... wala ka ng kita binawasan kapa ng SF.... sana nmn po maging patas lng .....
Stup*d platform
This might be the worst system ever. The buyer can cancel their order anytime even if you've already shipped the item. If I were you, I wouldn't use this platform. It's better to sell on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
Inconsiderate with sellers only pro buyers!
👎 buyers can cancel their orders whener they want.
👎 refund request of buyers are automatically approved by the system and lazada does not even notify the seller
👎 poor live agents. They don’t know how to answer concerns properly. They don’t know what they are doing.
Poor Seller-Support
Magsara na lang kayo Lazada buti pa, ang layo ng serbisyo nyo sa Shopee, ang hirap mag reach out sa inyo, pati sa brand registration, parang mga hindi nakagraduate mga tao nyo dyan, ang simple simple ng concerns namin hindi nyo masolusyunan. napaka incompetent ng mga tao nyo. pati sa Lgistics services, wala kayong kwenta kapartner, tignan nyo shopee mga rider lang nagppick up, sa inyo nag aalisan mga van na nagppick up kasi hindi nyo afford, ang tatanga nyo promise, bakit d na lang kasi kayo gumamit ng mga riders na 3PL para kahit may mga sellers kayo nappickupan pa ri kahit 1 o 2 lang ang parcels na for pick-up

nag update nanaman kayo hirap nanaman kami sundan mga settings. kahit techy kana as a person pagaaralan mo parin!!!
