Discount
I download the app to get 10% discount. Went through the process of buying, reached checkout with no discount code. Went back, searched for code nothing. Bought the item anyway then after buying up pops ‘ would I like discount on my first order’ Too Late.
App constantly crashes
Love the store but the app is a bit of a mess. Constantly crashes while just scrolling through which gets super frustrating. Makes me not want to use it encase it crashes mid purchase :/
No support for iPad and large text
Very basic app. Surprised they have no iPad support but really disappointed that they have no support for large text. I guess it’s not meant for people with bad eyesight! Developers must be clueless!

Klarna
Probably not your fault but Klarna never works on this app and the prices have snook up a bit in the years ive been buying off this site so I’m missing out on loads of bits I like which is sad. If this is to review the app tho - I’ve just had a faff paying I prefer being on my laptop
PayPal doesn’t work!
Tried number of times to pay with PayPal. Double and triple checked all my details were right but still wouldn’t accept payments.
some parts don’t work
so happy lazy oaf has an app now! but some parts don’t work if i click on a link on the internet it leads me to a page that never loads or some pages just never load. e.g: student page doesn’t load and makes setting up student discount really difficult.
