Horrible Experience

First time to place an order and you’re excited to receive your item till a cancellation notice was sent and was told by the customer service that it’s due to account being blocked by the system. Customer service can’t even give me a straight forward answer and had to contact another department just to get it resolved. UO needs to revisit its system.
