I am a full-time RV’er going on 3 years. This app is not only terrible, it’s dangerous!! When opening the app, it has triggered the generator to turn on. Also, the system has tripped our furnace to turn off even though it said it was on looking at the main panel. I’m not making this up. We tracked it. Took pics, videos and even replaced our furnace thinking it was that ($1900 expense). It took us quite a bit to finally figure out that the problem was this whole system - panel and app - kept a log of occurrences and will be submitting it. The entire system - app and panel, is defective and needs immediate attention!!! This is craziness.
Just frustrating!
I have filled in the vehicle details probably 8 times and it says it’s done successfully but on the tools screen it says it’s not recorded. Trying to link the ABS and tire monitors and the scan tool doesn’t load and the manually tool doesn’t result in anything. When I can get the scan tool to connect the camera the QR code on the label is too small for the camera to read. Just overall not well designed, not well tested, not useful. This app is fluff not substance.
TireLinc a waste of money
Which the new update , the app enables motion lock when traveling. Now I believe the intention it to not accidentally put the slide out or extended the awning while in motion. Great feature, except it disabled the entire app including the tirelinc portion, therefore making it necessary to stop in order to view tire pressure and temperatures. Come on Lippert get it fixed, this is a safety issue.
Some features don’t work
I like that I can control my slides. But the list feature is garbage. I just want to load up my list and check an item off. But instead you have to wait 2 min for it to download your lists every time.
No heat or A/C controls after update
After latest update the whole sections for heat and cool are just gone out of app.
Does not use PIN when you first open app now as well.
Garbage app, even worse company, anything these guys make is overpriced and garbage.

I previously reported that version 5.5.1 broke the application and made it completely unusable. However, the latest update (version 5.5.2) restored functionality and the application is now working well; with the exception of ‘RV Health’. Happy to have this app to control my RV!

Why do I need an account to use this app to monitor my own RV? This seems more for Lippert’s benefit than the customers.
RvHealth won’t work
RV Health won’t open. Keeps saying “ System is working on building your report.
Please try again in a few minutes.” Lippert you can do better!
