Disgraceful ELO system for ranking
I was once loved this game so much. I appreciated having competitive and decent players with same level of skills and abilities and upstanding of game having fun rank together. But now it is absolutely unacceptable for this stupid ELO system that I’ve always having these players that lack of talent and below the standard! And they especially like to talk so much aggressive language and disturb others experience. Now Riot take care of your game and the people in there! Clean your system, stop going rotten!

Game crash, take money and no internal support
Recently while playing rank, my game would crash not sure why , all stable connect once in game crash, result in point deduction and no where to report this. I can understand players forfeit game and they should be punished by the game itself disconnects you and they cannot connect back. While buying any skins none of these issue come, just take the money and they don’t let you play. If you see this please get back to me or else I’ll take this as you are not inter in my business here and will gladly delete this game

I spend a Lot on skin on pc and now i dont have it on phone its Sad i dont use anymore the pc. I ask for a nee wat to get skins or some better missions and also rankeds of aram can be good

I am so tired of crating new accounts just because Riot Games have been deciding to delete every single account of mine. I spent so much money on my profile so I could have a nice experience in it but apparently they don’t really care about it. I have to create 4 accounts in less than 2 years. That’s a joke! Do not download this game!
No real players, just bots
There’s no real players, I played almost 30 matches and all against bots, even on ranked
They don’t have supports
My account was banned for unexplained reasons and I didn't do anything wrong which was such a surprise that I went ahead and sent an email to ask for help I sent it twice in a row it was just ignored and no reply. I feel like there is no such thing as customer service in this game. I have spent a degree of money on this game and this is how it ends. Do not play.
No controller support
It’s really disappointing that at this point Wild Rift still doesn’t have controller support… it’s a waste of a great game unfortunately… hopefully one day they this will change… until then unfortunately the game is not worth it
