Their servers are super patchy. On a stable 1Gbps connection I still have random ping spikes that feel horrible. The servers were better 1 month ago. Match making that makes 0 sense. I had 5+ consecutive matches on ARAM where the enemy team always had Veigar and Jhin for example. Not random at all. My average score is 15/5/12, while on average, 2 of my team members will have an average of 1/12/5 at the end of the game. Unsure why they don’t just pair us up with players around our skill bracket. Something that looks at the average performance in the game, not the current level / current season total score. The graphics are great, though on my iPhone 11 Pro I gotta have the game to 60fps custom low, otherwise it goes to 10fps frequently. The game worked well 6 months ago, no lag, but now lags. My battery health status is above 80% and I have good battery while playing. New champions, generally well balanced, but some cannot be played fairly on mobile, even though Riot have done their best. Good experience with the actual gameplay normally. The chat should keep history, and the reporting system needs some clarification. We need an unsportsmanlike behaviour button, as it is needed. Frequently I get in matches where the supports decide to steal kills and do it consistently. I understand 1-2 mistakes, but a score of 15 kills is not by mistake. Especially when on the majority of the games this happens you can clearly see in the replays that they were literally not attacking until the enemy was low, to steal. I don’t blame Riot 100% for this, but they take a good share of the blame for the broken matchmaking system. They control the algorithm, so they should fix it. Good players are paired with very bad or bad players, and if you end up in a team like this and the enemy team has just average players, you are likely to loose because of the bad player’s feeding. Sure, playing ARAM can be sometimes done mostly to understand how a character is played. But you need to understand the basics of the game before that. I expect a level of 100 player to know that diving in a turret gets them killed if there is no support (minions, players) near them. I also expect to not be paired with the same team over and over, especially after a defeat. Try to shuffle the people if they have a defeat, maybe they are not a good match together. The game is great. Some champs are too strong but that happens on every moba. The community is great the bullying you recive on game make you a better player. Riot should ban the crybabies who leaves negative reviews just because they don’t know play and people complain about them and bullying them. If you are a toxic player keep being toxic that’s what the game needs.

The worst customer servis I have ever seen they just using people complaining to make their game better but they don’t fix everything I lost e rank bcs the game wouldn’t let me log in ( when I thought me out of the game itself) and they did do nothing for it !useless better mobile legends I am not playing this anymore!

This game is not fun to play, just built to be addictive. You can see it in how little fun a lot of players seem to be having, how they can’t wait to start insulting you when you make a misplay. Sometimes you don’t even need to make a mistake before they start bashing away at the chat. Technically the game is marvellous - looks and plays great, if occasionally a little laggy. It’s just a shame that the experience is ruined by some of the players.

0 star. I was a super fun of LOL, and now I have deleted this game. The matchmaking system is so ridiculous, they are punishing the good players, and creating a toxic environment with “so called” punishment to the toxic players, which is 0 punishment. I used to like this game a lot and hoped they will listen to players/customers opinions to improve, but they didn’t, and it is getting worse and worse. They only cares to release fancy skins to grab money, which I also bought a lot before . There are many good players in my friend list already left this game, I’m now also tired of this win/lose strikes “mechanism” to keep your win rate balanced with people who have no idea how to farm or got boosted to high Elos. This should be a game for fun, not be manipulated by the people behind this game to decide when we can win/lose, there is no respect to your players also customers, I won’t waste my time and money this anymore, bye bye!

Question for the solo-queue matchmaking designers: How to win a game when teammates’ average win rate is below 50% while the enemy players has a win rate of above 80%?

game banned me cause i get 5 games in long wait to start. But when i start the next game in low search priority the fck system bag with suggest notification about my low priority push me out from game and i have 300 sec long searc waiting and 7 games. Thx

This game has HORRENDOUSLY bad matchmaking. I have played for years, spoken to support only to be told it’s fine. It’s not even a joke at this point as you can see from all the reviews. People that don't understand basic mechanics get high rank by being carried, they will pin an ex-challenger rank with a guy that has never been above emerald. You will have 9 good games but then have 9 where you could swear they don't even know how to farm at master level or get objectives. If you’re good the entire team will be useless so the only way you can rank up is to carry hard. I have suggested it to support than ranking should be done by individual performance per role and points based system. This fame could be insanely good, but they make it infuriately bad just because of is.
