My 4 year old, like any, has a short attention span, but absolutely loves this app. She never had any interest in learning German even though half the family speaks it, but she enjoys this so much and is picking up loads. The games are fun, and really well made. I’d give it 5 stars if only it was more affordable.
When looking for an app to help teach German to my granddaughter I came across your app, which I found being a fun way of learning for a five year old. So far we only used the free part. While trying out I found among the animal exercise it provided only the letters to spell die! Hase whilst the correct gender is masculine. I wrote to the developers on 8th Feb. but had no reply by now,one month later.
shame the subscription costs so much. love the app

Loads of games and different ways of learning. The voices really drill the vocabulary into your mind. Meant for children (whom I'm sure would love this), but quite nice for adult beginners too, if you like to shake things up a bit from the monotony of grammar books and rote learning. :) The games are designed for small children and don't take skill, but you do have the fun of trying to beat your timed score. Unlike some other apps, the game aspect doesn't distract away from learning German. It's mostly only quite basic vocabulary (nouns), but it's a refreshing break to play with animals and colours and cars and so on. It's useful to hear German in real human voices (instead of the computer voices of Duolingo and Google Translate), with one male and one female voice, spoken clearly and drawn out for children to hear.
