Can’t get in any of the classes or the car park. Hugely disappointing.

Amazing staff and a wonderful mix of activities. I leave buzzing every time, been so good for mental health.

I credentials for not work on the app. There is no log in button on the app. Despite being able to login to view my subscription I am unable to login anywhere else and unable to request a new pin. I’m met with the message saying “unable to send pin. We don’t have your email address” despite logging in with said email address. Links sent in email to change pin do not work. So far this is the worst experience I’ve had with LED. I rejoined 2 days ago and I’d love to cancel but there’s no way to do so. Can’t do it in person right no as I’m too furious. I’m starting to feel like LED is purposely scamming people out of there money.

Terrible. Doesn’t work properly, useless user interface and hard to use as a new member

The application is designed for one person. If you are a family or have children under 17 years old you cannot book a family swim and have to rely on staff picking up the phone …… functionally doesn’t work for anyone other than single people.

Can’t the rating be a lot lower so that younger people can make their bookings on their devices. The 17+ age rating prevents my 15yr old being able to book the swim sessions that they would like to attend.
