The app is so badly designed, it is impossible to find the swimming time table without assistance and when you do find it it is totally unclear with no end time for sessions and way to know if things run exclusively or concurrently. Tottering inadequate.

The latest upgrade has caused major issues with booking. Original shortcuts have disappeared and app continues to “time out” continually. Previous interface was far superior!

Can’t get in any of the classes or the car park. Hugely disappointing.

Amazing staff and a wonderful mix of activities. I leave buzzing every time, been so good for mental health.

I credentials for not work on the app. There is no log in button on the app. Despite being able to login to view my subscription I am unable to login anywhere else and unable to request a new pin. I’m met with the message saying “unable to send pin. We don’t have your email address” despite logging in with said email address. Links sent in email to change pin do not work. So far this is the worst experience I’ve had with LED. I rejoined 2 days ago and I’d love to cancel but there’s no way to do so. Can’t do it in person right no as I’m too furious. I’m starting to feel like LED is purposely scamming people out of there money.
