THIS APP IS A SCAM
App Store recommended it when I was trying to download Hubspace. I couldn’t get my compatible light bulbs to connect without a subscription, after my initial frustration at having to pay, I signed up for the 50$ rate thinking it was a better deal than 17$/month. I still couldn’t get my lightbulbs to connect. Realizing my mistake I downloaded Hubspace and had my bulbs working as intended FOR FREE in a matter of minutes. App Store won’t allow me to request a refund, I can’t submit a complaint and it feels like the only way I’m getting my money back is by calling my bank. DO NOT PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION!!!

Claims to activate all lights but just like there company ( garbage) I can’t even see what I’m typing it’s so poorly developed
Don’t get the app if you have no money
I got the app thinking it would be free but you need premium to connect it just stupid and sucks DONT get it if you have boo money it will cost like 16$ monthly and 50$ yearly THIS APP SUCKS
Pay to change the colours ???
I already bought the light bulb I’m not paying to change the colour that’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard -1000 stars

Why is it asking for credit card info
App asks for my credit card info right away and dont even offer a free membership. Then it redirected me to create another account and asked for my information again
Put it in the trash.
That’s right! My strip lights I got from the dollar store ( no returns ) is in the trash, once I download the app to operate them and saw I had to pay to use them, I unplugged and trashed, and these are made by MONSTER, guess who’s products I’ll never buy EVER? Rip Off, Rip Off, Rip Off. YA feel the Love?
