I need my subscrption payment back
I was trying the app and subscribed as long as it was 1st month free, but then I was surprised they deducted 15$ from my bank account. I want my money back.

These things stink!!
Intrusive ads
Im sorry but this is absolutely ridiculous. Five seconds into using the app and I’m hit up for a subscription and then I have ads playing taking over the whole screen. I sure hope your product is more reliable than this app. I wish I could return these silly light bulbs if you think I’m about to pay $8.99 a week to turn my lights on and off.
Worst app I've ever seen
The app may not be bad but I have to buy a subscription to be able to change the color of the light I already bought
SCAM
I have the EXACT same story as another reviewer. Downloaded because I typed in the name of the product I purchased, LIFX. This app came up and I assumed it was correct (dumb). Immediately they asked for a subscription, like the other guy said, I thought it was legit. AFTER paying, I found that the app doesn’t even work with my product. Then I found the real app for LIFX products that works perfectly. So, I sent out an email that night, requesting a refund and another a week later. All I’ve gotten are emails saying “I’m currently busy right now, will respond in 24-48 hours.” If this isn’t a scam I don’t know what is. I, like the other guy, don’t want to cancel my subscription to make sure I get my refund. $70 is a lot of money to toss down the drain. I want my money.

No Free or trial option. Not paying a subscription to operate my led lights. I paid $20 for the lights. Not paying more to use them.

I can’t even access the bulbs I purchased online without this app trying to charge me for a subscription. This is some hot garbage.
