Not able to recharge

I use to recharge through my prepaid mobile balance from India . Now am not able to do it. It says transaction declined.

Cant log in.

I m using 4G network but still i have problem in login. It just shows ( login failed try again) the problem is i can play every game with the same network like PUBG FREEFIRE MOBILE LEGEND and CLASH OF CLANS. But this game could not be even open. I think its better to look for another game xd : (
