I love the game. I’ve played it on my Samsung for years. I changed over to Apple and I am unable to bring over my account. 5 stars if this was possible!!!

No updates for a year. Can enter the game but can’t get into the stages just stays at 21% loading screen. Waste of time always has been

Everything they’re selling doesn’t work. It’s a scam. Nothing works correctly due to bugs they won’t and can’t fix. A lot of bait and switch from the time it was made. Recently phishing for information from highest spenders. Don’t download it. Apple should remove it from store, refund players that have spent on it and sue the company for making them be a component to fraud.

THE FIRST level. In the tutorial. It won’t load past exactly 21%, even after waiting for almost 10–15 minutes for it to load. I’ll be deleting the app until it gets fixed.

the game gets stuck on 21% when I try to load THE ABSOLUTE FIRST LEVEL of the game. I've gone so far as to delete my account and the game to try and reset it, but to no avail. I can't even get past the tutorial, so why even bother??? (i played this game for YEARS, by the way, but for some reason my account got erased, and i had to make a new one. smh my entire head fr)

I recently started to play the game again. I’m okay with starting over, but the loading screens when going to a battle is…well it stays on 21 percent. Can you fix that?

Heed my warning; STAY AWAY from this game. Whenever you have an issue, NOTHING is done. The devs ONLY add things that can encourage money to be spent. The game is full of bugs, glitches, and cheaters. If you are a person, like me, that does spend to get things, DON’T do it for this game or anything from this company. When you have problems with your account, they won’t address it. Their excuse for never doing anything is demanding screenshots or videos(something you will never have but they can easily figure out). This game penalizes players with good accounts that beat players with higher battle ratings by “cheat” prompts when you win and not awarding your wins. Customer service gives only generic replies whenever you submit a ticket. I received - on many occasions - the same generic message sent to friends with totally different issues. My account has been messed up for months. They were deleting all of my problem tickets that I submitted. I started recording and screenshotting my customer service tickets to prove my tickets were being deleted once submitted. I received a new response saying that I should only submit 1 problem ticket. I can go on for days of how TRASH this company is. Heed MY WARNING: TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE that will appreciate it! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. You have been warned. ALL OF THEIR GAMES ARE THIS WAY!!!!!

I played this game for years and it’s the second time i download the game again and i lose my character Tried to get support but they couldn’t find anything It happened the first time i said ok its fine,i wasn’t super strong at the game anw.Now it happened again and that character was level 95+ with a BR close to half a billion and im not gonna deal with this again and create a new character.i log in with game center and all of a sudden i have to create a new character all the way from scratch,AGAIN.i go to search for the game in the app store and i see all of my achievements but still i lose my character,i love this game man its the first game i put so much effort in a game.Please if someone can fix this if maybe i can get in a chat with someone from the support i can show them all of the achievements i have since i have no character ID bcs this character was 5 years ago

Server maintenance never ends on time. Extended by 2 hours minimum very regularly. Dev team never updates announcements to explain what is taking so long. Events frequently bugged out especially recharge events. We rely on community managers to get any sort of information frequent rollbacks delaying progress. Heavy pay to win dead servers. Player base lacks faith in development team to actually test features and functions before releasing to public. Only reason I give 2 stars is because it keeps my mind from wandering too far late at night when I can’t sleep otherwise zero stars
