Where should I start oh yeah log in crash log in crash etc etc can’t play this game at all sent a message to support hours ago no response says it all really if you don’t spend money they don’t care !!!!!!!!

Played the game for a day enjoyed it a lot and then I went messing around in the setttings and accidentally deleted my account without realising and as ive tryed to get it back ive got to wait a week for the account to delete so I can make a new one and every time I click on contact support nothing happens went on there website to submit an issue and it wouldn’t let me

So I decided to try and start the game from fresh absolutely ridiculous you can’t even with a new email address and customer support don’t even reply til stupid o’clock in the morning don’t they realise not everyone is from the USA so there’s a time difference!!!!!

I have dedicated a substantial amount of financial resources to acquire the necessary materials to construct my decks across multiple categories, including Dragons, Wardens, Slayer, and Commander. Unfortunately, I have encountered numerous issues, including persistent bugs and the inexplicable disappearance of cards from my inventory. Upon reaching out to Customer Support, I received consistent responses indicating their inability to assist, citing various reasons that I find unconvincing. In light of these experiences, I strongly advise potential players to refrain from monetary investments in this game. The treatment of players, regardless of VIP status, lacks the respect it should entail. Consequently, I have opted to cancel my VIP subscription effective immediately.

This game gives you just enough to enjoy the game but mid event lowers the amount of power you have by more than half I would not recommend this game based on that. And it’s expensive to get the cards you need to succeed and those don’t really work most of the time

I’ll start off by saying that this is probably one of the most complete apps on the store in terms of content, enjoyment and the importance of being in a good guild. You don’t *need* to spend money to get by - but it helps. The cost of packs is extortionate when you consider how little you get. The VIP package is probably too expensive but it depends how often you dip into your pockets. My biggest issue in this game is the fact that the developers employ bots to populate the leaderboards. Every opponent around me on solo leaderboards has exactly the same team names in the exact same order. They’re used to continuously push you down the leaderboards to make you play more/spend money. In conclusion: it’s fun if you want a game that has a lot to do but beware of greedy developers and shady practises.

Special for retired retard ppl who want to spend money

your game isnt optimized for mobile devices i have it it on my ipad and play no problem but when i try to play on a 1 year old iphone its just a spinning circle load screen also the ipad is older than the iphone

Game crashes quite often, you want to evolve a card, you have all the ingredients and for some reason this game fails to recognise you have enough ingredients and it doesn’t allow you to evolve a card. You need to spend a lot of money if you want to get a chance to get good cards, or you could spend an eternity to get them if you play without money. It was cheaper before, now got really expensive giving you very little for that money. There are better games and for free.

I used to really enjoy this game and played every single day, smashed events and was really just having fun, but recently the vaults have changed so much that it’s significantly more difficult to get half an ultimate form, never mind the full thing. I used to spend the odd 10 pound here and there for some extra gems and get my money’s worth but now you’ve no chance of getting anything good unless you spend a ridiculous amount of money. I really hope that somebody working on the game reads this because if the game went back to the way it was, I would start playing again and I know loads of other people that would also make a comeback
