Leisure Focus

Worked for two weeks and now just loads and immediately closes. Have updated my phone software, deleted and reloaded- no luck. Braywick front desk sent the issue to leisure focus support with my details. Two weeks later, haven’t heard nothing. Great. Have to get a code from the front desk each time I go to the gym.

I used to be able to book a squash court and now it says my user account needs resetting but no where to reset it! Very poor design for those wanting to book a court and not a annual member

Can not access bookings on app 😕

I was thinking to book a class. The class was on the system and out of nowhere there wasn’t there. I’ve call to FP and they said the class was on an fully booked.

Booking a swim was relatively easy, a bit not user friendly in parts, but overall not too bad. The reason for the poor rating for me is when I did book a swim, there was no way to recall my booking, presumably not a problem for a member. I should’ve made a note of the booking reference or something however, the app indicated that an email will be sent to me upon booking. No email has been sent and it’s been an hour since I booked. My banking app shows the transaction, but no email in my inbox, junk or any other email box. I would recommend just using the website, I’ve had no problems on that before.

Forced into feedback. No choice! What kind of ‘ link’ is this?

The app allows me to book classes without issues. It probably could be smarter and I would be keen to find out what new features are planned

Not enough availability for Yogalates, Pilates classes. Yogalates with Sarah is an excellent class. Have given up trying to book as there are only 12 places.

It’s hard to know whether I am booking classes at 6:15 am or pm until I finish booking them. Please indicate this correctly while booking classes and activities. One of the most basic features.
