App has stopped allowing me to pay with any cards - my family are experiencing the same issue

Complains about ‘wrong amount’ and blocks booking. No idea.

This app is awful! One of the worst I’ve ever used, super buggy. Developer needs to look at this… feels like 2008.

Terrible navigation. Hard to pay. Login to book a swimming session follows a curious route. Slow. Rubbish!

I love being able to book classes using the App, but as soon as you need to pay for something using a card, you only get errors because the app can’t cope with the bank authentication routines. It is incredibly frustrating having to phone up to book a court, especially if you are booking while travelling.

If you book a badminton court using a membership voucher but later cancel it, the app does not allow you to use a voucher for booking another court

App doesn’t support autofill of details, doesn’t support any autofill payment or payment solutions, doesn’t have booking & billing address auto complete, and when there is a booking error (often), you have to do everything again manually. Painful app. Do better.

Instructions are not very clear! Do we need to book for regular swimming as well under classes

Rarely works well

Worked for two weeks and now just loads and immediately closes. Have updated my phone software, deleted and reloaded- no luck. Braywick front desk sent the issue to leisure focus support with my details. Two weeks later, haven’t heard nothing. Great. Have to get a code from the front desk each time I go to the gym.
