Love LEKFit and love the app! Can do the workouts anywhere!

I’ve been a runner, a yogi, done Pilates, spin… everything! Finding LEKFIT was a life changer for me. I LOVE the workouts, my knees can take it because I use the trampoline. I feel incredible after and I’ve seen more body differences in strength than ever before.

Almost impossible to have a seamless workout without frustrating search bar drama when the edits/jump cuts or you need to see a move done before starting the reps. This is a new update that has made the app almost unplayable.

LEKFIT is by far one of the best rebounder workouts I’ve tried. However, I’ve had a hard time getting on board with this workout because of the vibe. I just listened to a few podcasts where Lauren was a guest and I have a newfound respect for her. Lauren is approachable, well spoken, intelligent and independent. She is also a Believer, faith-based and family based, which I completely appreciate. It’s apparent that Lauren has worked very hard to create and evolve something unique in the fitness space and everyone should give LEKFIT a chance.

Love these workouts. So many options!! No matter how much time I have I can find a workout that fits into my day!

Amazing content. I thought it was a bit expensive at first, but you get what you pay for with this app. Going to live classes or even a gym membership would cost more. Totally worth it!

I have done tons of workouts and this has been the best not only with the way I feel but the way I look. Also I am able to do it everyday and I’m not sore or exhausted afterwards. Lauren is amazing and I am so sad on days I miss the workout.
