Something for every level of energy and mood - pure medicine!
Amazing Content & Great App
I love this app and the subscription. It’s definitely been worth the money over lockdown and there are so many different workout options. New weekly context so you never get bored of the moves or the music. If you’re not sure about spending the money, there is a 7 day free trial and you can check out the exercises on Instagram (particularly the stories). I follow LEKfit for over a year before joining and never wanna go back to the gym. The down side is there is a lot of equipment and all the weights are in pounds. You can start off with a set of 1.5 kg ankle weights and 1/2 kg dumbbells. My last piece of advice is to purchase the subscription through their website rather than the app. Then you can used it on any platform.

great fun workout!! Just started but I am definitely going to stick at it.
LEKFIT is my thing!
I’ve tried so many different types of workout. None have ever made me work as hard as LEKFIT whilst enjoying every minute. I love the fact that I don't feel like I’ve damaged my body, each move is so controlled and feels like I’m doing my body good. Over here in the UK trying to do 5 sessions a week in my garage (it’s the one place my kids won’t follow me). I’ve recommended you to all my friends. Excited to get up and start my day with a Boost!
Amazing workout
Getting back into LEKFIT after injury. The music and the energy from Lauren and the team each week is awesome. I look forward to working out and can see myself getting stronger

Literally the greatest thing ever
I’m utterly obsessed. I have never enjoyed exercise before but I genuinely look forward to my LEKFIT workouts. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
The best fitness app ever
I absolutely love lekfit, I have never been able to stick to any exercise for more than a few weeks and here I am three months in! Lauren is encouraging and helpful. Trust me on this, you will not regret signing up and doing lekfit classes. I’m happy and much fitter than I ever have been!
