First, the process requires you to select a subscription plan. Once you've navigated through the lengthy and cumbersome setup, you're then prompted to choose a series of photos to use as a data source for creating your first image. Just when you think you're done, the system hits you with yet another payment requirement. Frustrated by these unexpected and repeated costs, I decided to delete the service!
Even on a free trial you cant use the app as they want extra money for each portrait …. that is really bad and to expensive for a toy!PS- one subscription is enough! You are a SCAM!

The app adds new effects every now and then, you see them, but you can’t use them. I thought that an update will sort it out. The updates are automatic and there are a bunch of effects now that I cannot use. I paid this app. There seems to be the wall between the user and the Lensa app organisation. The app won’t let you communicate with the customer service or send an email to them. The app has the customer service contact link, but it does not let you use it. Nothing happens after you press it. Cool effects, cool app, but buggy.

It’s so stupid that u have to pay even before your avatar is created, i don’t understand why can’t we get at least one time preview, so we can at least know do we like it and do we want to spend our money on this app, literally such a cash grab, so rude!
