Lensa AI: photo & video editor

This is by far the best app I have ever used for creative work. The eraser function is brilliant, the video editing function is so user friendly and the image filtering options are endless. I paid for a year subscription and will continue to do so. Best investment in an app I have ever made.

Not upfront about costs, too pricey waist my time.

I love this app but I can’t understand why it’s unable to restore or find my subscription even I have paid zillion times. When it finds but still the app doesn’t work and ask for upgrade. Quite annoying actually.

Update: lensa is trying to get subscribers who are paid up to pay up for another subscription. Don’t get duped! By this. In addition They do not respond to emails about legitimate issues. Ignore ignore ignore. Features and functions even on premium subscription don’t work and unavailable. This issue has been occurring for over a year. NO RESPONSE from lensa Latest update. Lensa has started limiting Use of Editing features to a certain number each day. This is a new development. Obviously they told know one about it and you only discover it she. You start using the editing so much do for unlimited plan. It doesn’t really mean unlimited. JPEG export at low 72 resolution regardless of original file size. Originally responders told me it could edit raw files. This is a lie. As well as the rubbish they said that it should export at same resolution as original file. It doesn’t! You’re lucky if you get a 1mb image. Of course customer service is lacking. Zero interaction. Not to mention preventing this review been posted

Use to be the best for face editing - now it just crashes every time you use it. Waste of money if you’re going to pay for it. Editing when it doesn’t crash is the best photo app out there (when it doesn’t crash) no matter the updates they do they can’t seem to fix this problem in the app ( using an running on IPhone 16 pro max IOS18)

I paid for a yearly subscription, and apparently I’ve used up my balance to make avatars so it’s now asking for more money even though I have the pro account, which says you have unlimited usage. Most of the time you have to redo some of the pictures if they didn’t really turn out that great. It was fun while it lasted I guess.

The changes to this app are disappointing. Once you could purchase outright, now you need to subscribe. I don’t always purchase but now with the subscription base, it allows one photo at a time. Whoever made the changes, you’ve totally ruined the app. Don’t recommend anymore

Great App .. unlimited fun

The recent update which enhances the user interface has left a long wait time for photos to load. What used to take 10 seconds or so now takes 3 minutes. For content creators , we have a lot of images stored in our photo roll. Thus, the excessive wait time for images to load prior to editing is disappointing when it used to be so fast. More importantly, my videos now just don’t load since the upgrade. Again, I have extensive videos in my library but if I can’t even load… maybe it’s time to look for another app. It’s disappointing as I’ve been using Lensa for a couple of years now.

Absolutely love this app, I don’t buy many app upgrade subscription but did with this app as love the quality and finish it gives to my photos. But since recent update the app is very slow and clunky and just when your about to save your edits the app crashes. Please fix these bugs as love your app but will have to find a replacement if not rectified as can’t waste 1-2 mins to edit per photo.
