Lensa AI: photo & video editor

This was one of my favourite apps and I have waited to see for months if any improvement. AI is so unnatural and it freezes and crashes all the time. I also feel the quality of picture isn’t as good. Not worth paying money for this. It has nothing to do with not updating also as phone & apps are always updated

This app has some really amazing features that I love, but recently it’s been making my phone extremely hot when I use it and it seems to crash quite a bit, despite me installing updates to my phone and apps whenever they come out.

What was once a brilliant app, has how become a pathetically bad one. They’ve changed the software that generates the AI BUT THEY ARE POORLY generated. It also now distorts your face and at times has your eyes closed! To top it off they now want you to subscribe as opposed to buying packs, so in all honesty, don’t bother. It’s now one OF THE WORST APPS!!! Don’t recommend it all l.

So many problems Extremely slow Constantly closes whilst using Doesn’t show background etc Waste of money and such a disappointment for business use!

This is by far the best app I have ever used for creative work. The eraser function is brilliant, the video editing function is so user friendly and the image filtering options are endless. I paid for a year subscription and will continue to do so. Best investment in an app I have ever made.

Not upfront about costs, too pricey waist my time.

I love this app but I can’t understand why it’s unable to restore or find my subscription even I have paid zillion times. When it finds but still the app doesn’t work and ask for upgrade. Quite annoying actually.

Update: lensa is trying to get subscribers who are paid up to pay up for another subscription. Don’t get duped! By this. In addition They do not respond to emails about legitimate issues. Ignore ignore ignore. Features and functions even on premium subscription don’t work and unavailable. This issue has been occurring for over a year. NO RESPONSE from lensa Latest update. Lensa has started limiting Use of Editing features to a certain number each day. This is a new development. Obviously they told know one about it and you only discover it she. You start using the editing so much do for unlimited plan. It doesn’t really mean unlimited. JPEG export at low 72 resolution regardless of original file size. Originally responders told me it could edit raw files. This is a lie. As well as the rubbish they said that it should export at same resolution as original file. It doesn’t! You’re lucky if you get a 1mb image. Of course customer service is lacking. Zero interaction. Not to mention preventing this review been posted

Use to be the best for face editing - now it just crashes every time you use it. Waste of money if you’re going to pay for it. Editing when it doesn’t crash is the best photo app out there (when it doesn’t crash) no matter the updates they do they can’t seem to fix this problem in the app ( using an running on IPhone 16 pro max IOS18)

I paid for a yearly subscription, and apparently I’ve used up my balance to make avatars so it’s now asking for more money even though I have the pro account, which says you have unlimited usage. Most of the time you have to redo some of the pictures if they didn’t really turn out that great. It was fun while it lasted I guess.
