Can’t get past the first page!

i am getting really annoyed at this app, i have tried logging in with my email yet it says it’s incorrect even when its right ive even tried 3 other emails all correct and it does not work!!! it keeps continuing to say how its invalid when it isnt?? PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!
App for coach interface in general is good but I do think it should have a MyFitnessPal and Apple Watch integration, it only has the Apple health integration so it does track steps and but not directly from my Apple Watch so it’s a bit of long way round for a short cut. I also have to keep going to my phone to track my session and weights, which is difficult with the signal is poor at my local gym. It would be better if I could do this on my watch. Also it would be handy to edit chat content if you make a mistake or be able to download some of the information out of the chat.
The app is great and has some great features. However, it continuously crashes which lets the app down. There is also no way to stop this and you have to wait it out until it decides to work again. Other than that if it did not crash then it would have great potential.
Good app and interface is great but it could benefit from being linked to my fitness pal so that you can scan barcodes worldwide as there is limited food options and it’s a bit annoying having to then work out exacts for each food.
I asked to cancel 4 months in a row, and it never got cancelled. I’m out £600 now. Users need the ability to cancel themselves otherwise I can’t recommend this app to anyone. Extremely disappointed
App is great and easy to use. Sometimes when I switch apps it restarts my workouts so that can be annoying. They should also make a app for the Apple Watch. That would be amazing
For beginners it’s a straight forward experience that is great for getting you going. For more seasoned fitness folk it still needs some refinement, but I can see that they are improving the functionality with each release, which shows they have a team who care. My main improvements would be: 1. Ability to add comments during/after sessions - for my own benefit, or as feedback for my coach 2. Offline Mode - my gym has poor gym connectivity in the areas I work out. This means I can’t use the App when this happens. 3. Image optimisation - a lot of the header images are dark and some of the the back arrow is black so it’s hard to view. 4. Dashboard - very minimal, would be nice to see some additional information. All in all this is a solid app.
So I started only three weeks ago with Lilly and I was so unhappy with my self and the way I looked and honestly I can’t believe how easy the work plan and diet plan is to follow and I’ve already lost nearly half a stone! I can’t wait to see the end results I couldn’t thank Lilly enough! X x
