Horrible ticket buying experience

How hard can it be to use the same account for the app and ticket purchase? Or enable google/apple oauth? Or Paypal? Customer experience directly from 2016

Webcams are not showing current image

All the webcams seem to show the previous days image: Today January 15 (date and time are displayed) they are showing heavy snowfall when the same webcam on the website shows blue skies. Restarting the app didn’t help, not sure how this fixes it self. Not great when you can’t be sure that the image displayed doesn’t correspond to the date & time.

App 3Valles

Diese Aktualisierung ist eine neue App und hat mit der alten Version wenig gemeinsam. Sie lädt trotz WLAN sehr langsam und ist für das Fahren auf der Piste wenig geeignet, vor Allem die interaktive Karte auf der die geöffneten bzw geschlossenen Pisten und Lifte angezeigt wurden fehlt. Ich wünsche mir die alte Version wieder zurück.

Schlechtes Update

Die App ist seit dem Update unbrauchbar. Webcams funktionieren nicht, Wetteranzeige nichtssagend und allgemein sehr langsam.

Schnelle Infos, neues Layout

Besser als die alten Versionen, sehr durchdachtes Menu, alles funktioniert, alles was ich wissen will finde ich schnell. Leider keine deutsche Menüführung möglich, aber mich stört das kaum.

Aktuell beste App der Französischen Skigebiete

Funktioniert inzwischen super stabil. In Bezug auf die Pistenkarte absolute Referenz. Übersichtlich, funktionierende Echtzeitinformationen zu Öffnungszeiten... sehr gut umgesetzt.
