Too unstable

I love that it gives me access to all of the things that I need including products and testing options, but the fact that every single window takes so long to open and that it crashes regularly is very frustrating.

Server error

Fidelinski on

Tried to log off delete app reinstall and login. Still getting server error when I like to shop. Let’s me test the pool water but I can’t buy supplies via iPhone app. Boo!

Oops…Something went wrong

I need this app for my Accublue, but I’ve had about enough of the error messages when I try to save and view my treatment plan.

Awesome! Leslie’s have helped me keep my pool crystal clear throughout the years. They take the guesswork from me by testing my water.

Heaping Piles of Smelly Garbage

Goofydeer on

This app feels like it was designed in Hootersville on an episode of Green Acres…absolute trash. The first time I ordered through it, I never got what I ordered while someone got my information and started sending me phishing emails that looked legit telling me to click links as my payment was declined. The shopping/cart functionality has been completely broken for weeks. I have been trying to reorder testing disks for their home testing apparatus and it is impossible…and they don’t sell them in the store. So that thing is completely useless and I am considering just sending it back. The only function that is useful is the test tracking…which more often than not isn’t what they tell me I need in store, so upon further examination, it isn’t useful at all. This ship is lost at sea and someone just chucked the compass overboard. Cannot recommend this app for any reason at this time.

The app is slow, the new water tester is inconsistent at best

jennileighnp on

Inconsistent app. Most of the time it is really really slow to open. The new water testing device is spotty at best. Locks up the app, doesn’t give you a test result in the app, and forces you to retest using another cartridge. Not to mention that your water will test differently on the devices vs in store…. Don’t waste your time or money yet.

Failing app

Lame app for sure on

United States

This app was great when I first started using it. Now it never loads my water tests and says I haven’t been in for weeks to have water tested even though I’m in the store every couple days. It also does not show my perks. I have tried logging out and have the most recent update and it still does not work. I reached out to customer service via message and heard nothing back. This app has become useless.

App crashes

tmfarm on

United States

Similar to recent reviews, the app is slow and will crash. Accublue works well, but trying to order the chemicals added to the cart does not. At the point of secure checkout to pay, app crashes. Thus the convenience is defeated and will be easier to just drive to the store, have them test and get what I need.

Oops something went wrong

Ironic that this comes up all the time. The something went wrong in the programming.

Works

Sissy Maid on

Just tried for first time. The unit vibrates and walks when spinning u to speed. Little bit nosy. The app does not let you print out the report. If it does I have not found it. Yes it saves time to run to the store but if you don’t have the chemicals needed your driving there anyway.
