Let’s Do This: Running Events

Very convenient

Tried to use this. Downloaded the app and went through the registration process. It asked for the email verification code. Went to email and got it and when I went back to app it closed that screen. I’m now stuck in a cycle where I cannot register as I’m already registered but also cannot request a new password as it doesn’t seem to show I have an account Customer service managed to resolve the issue. Seems a nice little app for managing your runs

It doesn’t do anything for a lot of people. Can’t access my account, can’t view my bookings and just get a blank screen.

Tis good stuff

Trying to add past events that I have already run seems impossible, there is no search facility for past events. A lot of upcoming events aren't listed, could this be because they didn't 'subscribe'? This app could be so good at keeping your runs in one place but is a long way off, sorry, deleting it off my phone.

I have an event booked but when trying to Manage the booking the app just states there has been a problem please re load app this has happened every time I have tried other than that good app to find some fantastic events

I raised a support case months ago as my home page always crashes. Did this on my old phone and still does it on my brand new phone; very disappointed that this still has not been fixed 🙁

Brilliant

Generally speaking the app is fairly user friendly. The UI is quite basic but you can find races easily. I’ve been requesting my digital medals for my first race for around 6 months now but they haven’t come up yet which seems a bit odd. All in all it’s pretty good.

What else can he said? Updated on 16/2/23 and app hasn’t worked since. Useless.
