- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Not user friendly
My child tries to trace freehand letter shapes. The program is VERY hard to trace and my son finds it too hard. When I try to assist, I also have trouble. It’s not as if I don’t know my alphabet - it’s just that the program is very precise and unforgiving. I have uninstalled the app to save grief.
Disappointed with failed cancelled subscription
I cancelled subscription, deleted app and for some reason it is still charging me monthly and now it is not showing up in active subscriptions and I have been paying for it without knowing for many many months. Extremely disappointed and upset that I can’t even unsubscribe! I have reported the issue to Apple support and hopefully will get a refund.
Apps keep going back to lite version
Downloaded this app, and agreed to subscribe for the yearly subscription, however everytime we load the app, it’s gone back to the lite version, and lost the subscription, have to keep going to settings and restore purchase every time we load the apps. My son gets frustrated and lost interest because of this.
I want F-Z and 6-10
I got this version of the game only to realise i only have a b c d and e and 1-5 very disappointed please add f-z and 6-10 please Also when i try to change the language for more letters since i dont have f-z, it didnt work When i tried to look into buying the full version, it kept saying an ssl error occurred
Great game but the cursive is lost
Man, this game was so fun and i loved it :)! But then when i was trying to play cursive letter school, it kept on kicking me out :( And then i decided to delete and then reinstall it,... IT SAID "THIS APP IS NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY/REGION"😭😭😭. WHYYYYY!!! and the app didnt show when i searched it... *sighs*. why...
Left with a feeling of dishonest sales practices
Downloaded free trial on phone, child seemed to like it so we loaded full version onto iPad to which we paid for. Suddenly we were also charged for 12 months on the phone without any emails or prompts. Sent email questioning this but no response... We decided since we did not hear from them we would use the iPhone paid Letter School as well - unfortunately we had no access and they tried to charge us again! I sent more emails to try and get our money back, but no response! My personal experience leads me to say Avoid this company!
Update issue
I purchased the game a few years ago but now our child cannot use the app. It keeps requesting we purchase a subscription. Given we paid full price I’m not happy. Clicking on restore purchases does not work.
