- You can cancel your subscription anytime – there is no cancellation fee.
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

Add some more languages.

It’s great but when you do 2.5.0 add more languages like Hebrew Hindi Hungarian Icelandic Macedonian Russian Greek Chinese (Putonghua and Mandarin) etc. Please do this, it would mean so much to me and other language speakers.

I don’t understand

Ok so why does it say “free trial”

Grating eye candy

Doesn’t honestly seem to make much of an impact. Been using this for a while, find 4yr old enjoys but really doesn’t take much away from it, whereas he seems to retain a great deal more with just ten mins a day or so parent teaching. Also the American pronunciation is really grating “AAAAAYNT” for “ant” being a typical example. The app would be slightly more bearable if the instructors could speak English.

Took the full payment earlier than stated and won’t respond

Hi It states there is a 7 day free trial but you took the money after 3 days and now you won’t respond. Scam

I have recently downloaded your app for my daughter, as she was struggling with writing, spelling or even just recognising letters. After just one weekend of using this app her school, noted a massive improvement. They asked us what we had done, they really couldn’t believe the change. This app is incredible!!

I’ve emailed on two separate occasions and have not received a response. You have taken a yearly subscription instead of the monthly subscription and I would like my money back! Contact me ASAP to resolve please

Charges you full price

I want a refund! And I am going to make a massive complaint about this! I signed up to the monthly subscription and low and behold you have charged me £40 today! I want this sorting ASAP! I made 100% when starting the subscription it was on the monthly so my son could try it out! I want a refund back into my account and the subscription cancelling!!!!
