No App Notifications for Low Battery
There should be an application notification when the battery level is low or dead. When you open the app it will tell you, but by then the battery is likely already dead.

The Auto Unlock borders on never working. When it does I am inside the home already and it detects my phone. Manual unlock from my phone works 75% of the time and even when it does, it is so bloody slow. Result - I have to carry my keys with me anytime I leave the house. This makes the entire setup rather pointless.
I’ll be replacing this lock with another brand. One that works. August is much better.
Decent though sometimes slow to connect even though I also have the WiFi Connect device. Could you be more specific about exactly what bugs you fixed or other changes in your version history comments?
Ridiculous that I have been locked out because you get no warning before your battery is too low to work. The whole point of buying this lock was to not have to carry my keys every time I leave the house. Fix this please!
Used to work 99% of the time. Now 99% of the time it says the accessory is taking awhile to respond. Even when it works I get no confirmation on the requesting device.
Never had issues with WiFi connectivity, until the update. Was 4 stars. Now, no remote connection. This need to be fixed asap. So, downgraded to 2 stars.
The recent update ruined this app. I can no longer see the history of who enabled or entered our condo. Geez! It shows the most recent activity is 2044!!!!! Seriously??? Updated again however since we do not live in our condo year round, we need to know who has entered when we were not home. We cannot do that any longer. We need to see the history of who entered while we are not in the same state. Please fix this
A smart lock is pointless if you can’t trust it to lock/unlock your door consistently. Sure, the lock locks good and Wirecutter likes it, but in everyday usage it’s garbage. We go this lock to use with HomeKit so we could go on runs with nothing but an Apple Watch. And like many have reported. It kind of worked OK initially, and then it just stopped working consistently. It’s to the point where I have to get a bunch of keys made after getting locked out of the house multiple times. But this is an app review, so let me get to that…it’s. The #1 thing you need from a smart lock app is to be able to determine the status of your lock. Is the door locked or unlocked? What’s my battery status? Well, good luck figuring out if your door is locked—more often than not you’ll get unable to connect error. As for the battery status, it’s buried AND it’s not very informative. It’ll ready “Healthy” in the morning and then the battery will be dead when you get home, leaving you locked out. At one point I saw a battery level indicator on the main screen, but that didn’t last long as it’s since disappeared. Also, if the lock/app can send you (often very delayed) push notification alerting you to changes in the lock status, you’d think they’d be able to send a low battery notification. Nope. Bottom line, avoid this app and associated products and don’t repeat the very expensive mistake we made.
For the price this leaves a lot to be desired. The menu is not intuitive at all when it comes to finding things. It’s not only an eyesore, You have to be standing right next to the lock for it to tell you the battery level. like if I’m a few hundred feet away, it won’t tell me. it won’t even warn me when the battery level is low without actively being in the app. like I went to try to unlock the door this morning with the app and it told me the battery was critically low. it’s like why didn’t that warn me ahead of time??? Even my $30 Apple AirTag gives me pop-up notifications Telling me the battery is low. and I paid hundreds of dollars for this level lock. A $30 device can give you notification but yours can’t?
