Bisher hatte die App gut funktioniert, seit heute ist sie nutzlos und zeigt einen weißen Bildschirm an statt den Daten. Update und Neustart helfen nicht.

LG ESS is a dedicated app that allows easy installation and easy monitoring of user's solar power generation, charge and power usage information.
* When connecting the app and the device for the first time, the wireless LAN Dongle must be installed in the LG ESS console.
* In order to check LG ESS operation status and accumulated usage information remotely using the app, LG ESS must be connected to the Internet.
The LG EnerVu Plus app is an application that is bundled with LG's solar-powered household energy storage products. This application can be installed on a smartphone of a professional installer and the person who purchased the LG ESS product. Using this, professional installers can finalize the installation by taking advantage of initial setup and commissioning functions when installing the product. The end user can also check the operation status, cumulative power generation, charge and power consumption information of the product through the app.

1. System Information Registration
(Enter the hardware information of the major components of the LG ESS to manage the installation status of the product.)
Installation information of PV module connected to LG ESS (installation capacity, installation angle, etc.)
Energy meter information
2. PCS settings
(Set the optimum PCS operating environment by inputting the requirements in the installed region and country.)
PV Feed-in Limitation setting (can be set in 10% increments)
Set the system country code
3. Network Settings
(Enter information to connect the LG ESS to the Internet, which is not provided by LG Electronics. The cost of using the data may be charged by the consumer's contracted Internet service product.)
Internet connection setting (wired / wireless)
4. Test operation mode
(It provides the function to check if LG ESS installation is normal.)
Charge Mode Test (System Charge Mode Normal Operation Confirmation)
Charge mode test (solar charge mode normal operation check)
Discharge mode test (check system operation mode normal operation)
Inverter test (solar power generation and grid connection function check normal operation)
5. Battery setting
Winter mode SoC setting (function for over discharge protection of battery)
Battery first installation date and additional battery installation date setting (management date of each battery pack)
6. Join EnerVu Web monitoring service
* In order to use this function, LG ESS can connect to internet.
(Create user ID for monitoring service subscription)

(Logs generated during system operation can be saved and checked if necessary)
-Reboot
(Reboot function if necessary during installation)

Inverter ok, App ist ein schlechter Witz
Ich lese gerade dass hier vor bereitsmehr als 2 Jahren die gleichen Beschwerden über die App festgehalten wurde, und dass LG Besserung gelobt hat. Dabei ist es dann wohl geblieben. Man muss sich durch 3 bis 4 überflüssige Screens quälen bevor die Leistung der Anlage angezeigt wird. Jeder Abruf wird zum Ärgernis. Es wirkt als ob die App für Installateure entwickelt wurde und darauf eine Huckepacklösung für den lästigen Kunden wiederwillig aufgesattelt wurde. Nichts Ganzes und nichts Halbes, und jetzt bereue ich jeden Tag mich für LG entschieden zu haben. Finger weg!

Hallo zusammen, die Mail die in der App für den Support angegeben ist ist nicht vergeben, bei uns ist der Monatliche Verbrauch bzw. Erzeugung nicht mehr sichtbar.
Altertümlich!
Hallo. Leider ist die App sehr altertümlich. Und bei der Anmeldung sehr umständlich. Man hat zwar ne App aber bis man an den Daten ist muss mal sehr oft auf verschiedene Butons zugreifen. Man kommt nicht direkt auf seine Daten. Es werden nicht alle Daten angezeigt. Z. B. Eigenverbrauch in %. Der Verbrauch für die Monatlichen Daten werden garnicht angezeigt. Für so ein Konzern wie LG ist die App unterirdisch!! Schade.
Grottenschlechte App, praktisch unbrauchbar
Die App ist einfach auf dem Stand von 2018 stehen geblieben und bietet das allerschlechteste Nutzererlebnis, welches man sich vorstellen kann. Allein das Login ist ein Albtraum: LG zwingt einen ständig zum Passwortwechsel. Der funktioniert aber nicht einwandfrei und man landet auf irgendwelchen Zwischenseiten . Wenn man drin ist sind die angezeigten Daten teilweise kryptisch und nur von Fachleuten zu verstehen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern - wir haben weitere PV—Anlagen - müsste man der App sogar Minussterne geben.
Totaler Müll
Ich weiß nicht warum es Lg nicht hinbekommt, eine vernünftige App zu entwickeln. Ständige verbindungsprobleme und Abstürze. Schade das so ein großes Unternehmen in der App Entwicklung komplett versagt
Eine Schrott-App
Funktioniert meistens nicht, weil sie ständig das wlan verliert. Es lassen sie keine Vergleiche mit den einzelnen Strings machen … Konkurrierende Produkte waren da vor 10 Jahren viel weiter, an die läßt sich der LG-Wechselrichter natürlich nicht anschließen …
Verbindung über Wlan funktioniert nicht immer
Beim Starten der App im Home-Wlan kann die Verbindung manchmal nur nach 10 oder mehr Neustarts der App zum Wechselrichter hergestellt werden. Dies ist mehr als nervig. Der Tipp die mobilen Daten zu deaktivieren bringt leider keine Besserung. Durch kurzfristige Deaktivierung des Wlan auf dem Handy kann man schneller eine Verbindung herstellen. dies funktioniert leider aber auch nicht zuverlässig. Wie schaffen es andere Hersteller funktionierende Apps zu programmieren?
Seit ein paar Tagen nur noch schwarzes Bild…
Die App ist eine absolute Katastrophe… Seit ein paar Tagen geht gar nichts mehr, nur noch ein schwarzes Bild. Verbindung geht von Anfang an nur wenn das IPhone am selben Repeater angemeldet ist wie der Wechselrichter. Auch hängt sich die App dann gerne auf, wenn es den mal läuft. Ich hoffe da tut sich noch was. 🥴🤮
Saublöde Anmeldung
Die Anmeldung zur alten Version war schon aufwändig, in der neuen Version die schiere Katastrophe. Zudem verlangt die App nach einiger Zeit ein neues Passwort; ändert man dies, kommt man trotzdem nicht aufs Menü. Folge: deinstallieren und neu installieren. So was Dämliches und Unausgegorenes habe ich selten gesehen
