This is one of the uselessness app, I have ever used, you can’t login and you can’t sign up payment takes one day

I can’t even sign up on the app and to book as guest payment keeps on processing for over 3 hours

At first I felt everything would be alright, but then I tried signing up, and I got stock on confirming my OTP. The OTP took endless time to arrive at the time I have closed the signing up process. I however went to initiate the whole process again, but this time, I was told my number has been used even when I didn’t have a successful sign up. Please you guys should work more on it.

The most useless app ever, fix your app because the app just misleads people and book a date different from what you booked, app is so stressful and tiring, you can’t even take your money back from your wallet after you fund it

The most uncomfortable and Risky Transportation for travelers, I do not recommend to anyone, Unprofessional staffs and drivers. Very worseeeeee

One of the most stupid Apps I have ever come across they should take it down it they can’t run it instead of frustrating someone’s life

This is the second time I’m using libra and I can say I will never use you or recommend to anybody. The first time, your driver dropped me at a location that he felt was convenient for him. Secondly why would you say it first bus and I’m still at the terminal by 8am and I got to the terminal by 5:30am hoping to use first bus. This is the highest level of irresponsibility and I am disappointed. No explanation, no apology was tended just plain rudeness from your staffs. I will make sure to tell anyone not to use.

I can’t top up my wallet to buy another ticket because it keep saying unavailable….it’s very annoying and calling customer service is very annoying and slow and it keeps saying switched off…..y’all should do something about it! Also customer service isn’t even 24/7 why?!!

This app does not work at all. The payment option does not work. It does not allow you to select the others option and when you choose to pay with your wallet and you find your wallet. Your wallet is not credited. You are then told to call customer service to rectify it and that takes forever. Pls go back and rectify the problem or let us pay directly with our cards or via bank transfer. The wallet payment option doesn't work.
