It does not have route to any of my destinations

This app and their buses are absolute trash. If you value your health and mental well being please don’t take this bus rather go to the park and enter the normal cabs. They keep waiting for each other on the road not thinking about the passengers and they’ll turn off their AC mid way. You can’t even withdraw money to your bank on the bank if you’re no more interested. I repeat do not use this app and their buses

Great ideal

1. Unable routes 2. App keeps logging me out 3. Unable to cancel trip just because I didn’t do it at your own time. The idea that I have to cancel my trip at a certain time is just ridiculous. At worse you charge a base fare. Terrible !!

I love it

I transferred money for booking but the payment was reversed and my wallet was credited, but I can’t use same amount credited in my wallet to book the same route again, with error message ‘user does not have enough money in wallet’ I don’t understand what the issue may be, this is the 2nd time I’m experiencing this.

The app is riddled with bugs. You can do better by fixing them.

Seamless booking process

Very useless app. You had announced you would cover certain routes to an event, I funded my account only for you to remove every single route on the day of the event. And there’s no method for refund either.. terrible customer support. I will keep reporting you with peoples devices till they take your app down. Thieves
