Terrible connectivity with my zipp 2. The app continiously loses connectivity it’s so badly i even do not have the time to browse to a different radio station

From good to very bad
We bought this speaker because they have build in radio stations, so you wouldn’t have to stream from you phone or tablet continuously. In the beginning this went very well. After a few updates the problems began. It now loses connection witte the WIFI. There is a bad buffering of the music: the music continuously accelerates or slows down. Very unpleasant to listen. The worst thing now is, that they introduced their own commercial breaks while listing to the radio. So you get this interruptions of the music for 1-2seconds, and than the music continuous. If nobody bought the commercial slot, you get silence for 1-2seconds. This is very very frustrating. (These commercial breaks are not the ones from the radio stations, you get them still aswell) So now we are streaming from Apple Music or from our favourite radio station to avoid these horrible interruptions. Wouldn’t recommend this anymore. There are better speakers in the world.
Stuck on welcome screen
I can only agree with the bad reviews so far since I already have a bug at the welcome screen that make it impossible to me to even use the app…

The App is disaster
I think developers for this app makes more bugs then fix the bugs. "Libratone, WHY don’t you get this serious. It’s 2021. Apps and softwares are the other half of success." Your application gets worse after every each updates, for example the update before this update messed up the whole INTERNET RADIO option so users didn’t have the option anymore, and now when you go to INTERNET RADIO and choosing new stations, it directly start to play on the speaker which before the user had the option to choose between playing the radio on their smartphones or their speakers.
So disappointed !
Really disappointed, need to do the setup all over again almost each day!! Never buy these soundbars, not worth the price.
Sound is excellent, app is a disaster
I have to say that the sound quality of the Zipp 2 speakers are pretty amazing, but the app really let me down. If you pay €900 for a decent multiroom system, you expect the app to be just as premium as the speakers, but unfortunately that’s not the case. The app is very buggy, sometimes it says some of my speakers are in another network which is impossible and sometimes the app doesn’t recognize all speakers, even when all speakers are playing at the same time. It’s also very annoying whenever you make a soundspace and you just want to turn on the radio via the app, you have to tap on your soundspace, go to the settings, tap on one of your grouped speakers and then you’ll be able to turn on your favorite station. Also sometimes the speakers stop working and the light circle just flickers at the bottom and it doesn’t do anything at all, whenever this happens it’s also on all Zipps simultaneously. I still love these speakers but please release a software update for the speakers as well as for the app!
Nice sound but poor connectivity
The sound is really good but the Airplay connection drops out very often and network connections are unreliable
