BATTERY CONSUMPTION
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Life Cycle does not use the GPS in the background, but instead relies on cell tower and Wi-Fi locations. As a result, it consumes less than 1% of your battery per day, when the app runs in the background.

REQUIREMENTS

• Life Cycle needs to run in the background to be able to record your data. It only uses 1% of your battery per day when doing so.
• You need to carry your phone with you, for Life Cycle to accurately record and interpret your activities.
• Wi-Fi should be enabled on your phone for tracking to work.

Should you choose to subscribe to Life Cycle Premium, the purchase will be charged to your iTunes account. You can manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscription by entering the user settings in iTunes after the purchase. The subscription will be auto-renewed 24 hours before the subscription period ends, with the same kind of subscription you already bought, to the same price. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Countdown

There is a countdown in the app and when the time finishes I can start using it. The countdown says its “getting to know me” but u highly believe that the app does not need 24h to know me. Also when I entered the app after the countdown finished, it just restarted so I’m just waiting again

Very good app overall

I use it every week. However, the donut view should show the current week/current month. It is a big pain that this view is not available.

Estafa

A pesar de que dice que hay 30 días de prueba gratis, me lo han cobrado inmediatamente! Cuidado con esto!!!

Paid but still demo data

I have paid version but app is still showing demo data instead of real data. No mail.. no support contact.. impossible to use what I paid for.. :(

Bien en general

Actualizo mi reseña que era de hace unos años por un problema que solucionaron. Funciona bien en general. En mi caso me preocupo de corregir los lugares que no identifica por sí sola y no la utilizo mucho más excepto cuando tengo que recordar qué hice en un día concreto, que me viene de lujo. A veces se ralla porque el GPS coge varias manzanas y no sabe si estas en casa o en la panadería, pero se corrige y listo.

Si vives en el coche funciona

Tras varios días usándolo es incapaz de diferenciar cuando estoy en casa, en el trabajo o en el supermercado debido a que están a unas calles de distancia. Los datos del GPs de que son calles distintas los tiene pero los detecta como una única ubicación. Creo que está diseñado para gente que realice toda estas actividades a mayores distancias.

Easier to browse and edit

I have been using the app for years, and in all this time there are locations that I have called wrong or that I simply called my student apartment, my parents' and my ex-partner's "home" years ago and now I just can't click on that exact location and edit the name in bulk. The interface was very good but you have not improved for years. It's a great app but it contains precious data that you should allow more use in your interface. Please, think about introducing improvements in mass editing and clearer displays, for example, in "locations" show a map to the rest of the list, allow you to edit locations and habits more clearly. And introduce Spanish once and for all! The app is 5/5, but I think today it deserves a 4/5 due to the lack of updates and improvements.

Not working lately

For a week aprox it is not working. I have turned on and off privacy settings as suggested and restarted the phone, but still nothing…
