Online Shopping:
Shop healthcare products with ease with quick delivery at your doorstep.

Vouchers:
Earn reward vouchers when you shop at LIFE Pharmacy by purchasing selected items. Use these vouchers on your next visit to LIFE by redeeming them against a wide range of products in our Pharmacy.

Life pharmacy review

Excellent service with helpful and cooperative staff and free home delivery

Deliver and communication is horrible

Do not use this service for delivery if you need timely delivery - especially for your children. Worst experience- ordered and had no communication and staff hung up phone when I was calling about delivery. What app communication was poor aswell. Delivery driver hung up when I was trying to help him get to apartment as he was delivering at wrong apartment and he was rude. Terrible customer experience

Yes. But no

The app itself is good. And online ordering worked well. However the “real time” tracking of the delivery is faulty and incorrect. Which is likely driver error. And the promotion they have with VOUCHERS has so many conditions which are not printed anywhere. Basically can’t be used on 1/2 the store. Only really on shampoos and perfumes (where they have 200% or higher profit).

I attended the app lunch at V hotel, it was a fabulous party. Great entertainment and I learnt a lot about life pharmacy. You guys have to download this app, it’s convenient, easy to use and loads of giveaways.
