If I had a negative rating, I’d rather give that! Worst ever experience with the team. Prescribed medicines when a patient is in pain is not delivered in time. First, they simply reject saying that insurance does not cover it. Then I had to educate them and give them the branch code. I resubmitted the prescription again- and it took 4 hours for them to deliver the meds. Despite that my insurance approved it in minutes! Happy to share the time stamps and infinite calls I made for follow up during that time to get it.

Disappointed
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Life Pharmacy. I ordered whey protein and vitamin C tablets, paying extra for instant delivery. After waiting hours, I received only the vitamin C tablets, and then I was informed that the whey protein was unavailable. It’s frustrating that they list products on their app/website that they don’t actually have in stock. As a long-time customer, this is really disappointing and unacceptable. I hope they improve their inventory management in the future.

Most of the options are available and at good price. App is sometimes buggy when making payments but otherwise it seems good.

Showing the app within 30 mnts and once place the order they asking charger for instant delivery , final notification is your package delayed 2-3 hours
