Really a bad service while submitting the prescription through app.. prescription uploaded at 8:15pm and the medication came at 10:51pm that too after couple of calls…

After 2 days order still not delivered. The pharmacy is 15 minutes walk from my place.
Pathetic customer service and always late deliveries
One of the most pathetic customer service you’ll come across , their delivery’s are always delayed , you’ve to call and follow up multiple times. You are left to hold for long durations of time. No one bothers to be responsible. Part of my order was delayed for 8 days. 5 times I was assured it’ll be delivered within an hour. But nothing happened, and again when you call the same fake assurance is given that it’ll be delivered within an hour.
