Simply the best

This is by far the simplest and easiest to use app period! Let’s face it, if it’s easy, we’re more likely to actually use it! Tried to go back to MyFitnessPal pal… nope! I’m a lifer with Lifebase!

My biggest frustration is leftovers the next day for a different meal are a huge circus to get them added. I don’t want to favorite everything.

Game changer for my clinic!

LifeBase is the most effective education, and client management system. In 20+ years of clinical practice I have never been able to get others to be as successful with eating improvements as now. My improved success is completely due to the exam, app and coaching portal.

Meal suggestions

The app is great itself but if they had meal suggestions for 4 star or 5 star meals that would really take this app to the next level.

Disappointed

Annoyed that you can only use this if you’re apart of a coaching program.

Best nutrition coaching available

Best designed nutrition program available. Easiest app to use for tracking. Coupled with the Inbody readings and you have the greatest plan to reach your results.

Never got to try it.

Downloaded the app. Wouldn’t let me sign up. Just asked for email and password. No option to create a profile.

Problems

When I scan the items they’re not always there and sometimes the correct item, a lot of restaurants aren’t in the system where I can accurately put in my food choices and several times when I try to pick a vegetable it’ll give me a hard time about choosing a measurement and I have to take vegetable out and at least record the fo Your measurements need to include all and your bar coding needs work Ease and convenience missing the mark.

Great feedback

You get great feedback with each entry and at the end of each day. It can really help to dial in where your trying to get. Combine it with the coaching and weekly measurements and it’s easy to see progress with each week. It’s the only system that has helped me get in great shape and lower my cholesterol naturally.

Amazing app

I’m a high school athlete and never thought I could track my food so easy. The results I’ve seen are something I didn’t think was possible. Highly recommend you find a coach and get started.
